Receptionists:


Jenny:
   Jenny is currently enrolled in the Veterinary Assistant Program at Jefferson College.  She is enjoying working outside with her 3 dogs, 3 cats and chicken. She is looking forward to raising Alpacas.  







 Office Manager:

Laurie :  Laurie is our Office Manager.  Circle of Life has grown so much in the past few years that Dr Cook-Breeze decided to hire an Office Manager to help with the paperwork. This will allow Dr Cook-Breeze to concentrate on the "Doctor" part of her job more and free her up to spend more time with her patients and clients.  Laurie has 15 years of experience in the Veterinary field working as a kennel worker, assistant, receptionist, technician and an office manager.  She lives with her husband of 17 years, Rick, and is the mommy to dogs, Ripley and Prudence, cat Spanky and the late bulldog, Ratler.  She has 3 grand babies named Ethan, Maddie and Adien.  In her free time, she enjoys fishing, gardening and attending Classic Car Shows with Rick 



 


                            Technicians:

    In Veterinary Medicine the "nurses" are referred to as Technicians.

Danielle :   Danielle has been with Circle of Life since 2003.  She started volunteering as a high school student and then after graduation, went to Jefferson College and got a degree in Veterinary Technology.  After graduation. she started working full time here at Circle of Life.  Danielle is married to Jared and has 3 children, Mason, and Logan, and Kayla.









 


Sharon :  Sharon was a social worker for children while living in Kansas and Florida.  Upon moving to Missouri, she pursued a career change working with animals.  She has been in the field for 8 years now.  As a technician she is compassionate about animal rescue and organic/holistic diets.  Her furry children include Buddy, Chloe, Oscar and Arnie.  She enjoys singing in a Rock music cover band in the St. Louis area on her weekends off of work.





 

 

                        Charlie:    Charlie has been working with animals for 14 years starting as a bather brusher and then a kennel worker for several years.  She went to schooNo Descriptionl to become a Registered Veterinary Technician graduating in 1998 from Jefferson College.  She is now teaching full time at Jefferson College in the Veterinary Assistant and Technician programs.  She fills in as needed at Circle of Life.  She is a spay/neuter advocate and rescues all that she can afford (and sometimes more!)  She has 2 human children, Shelby and Lane. She also has 5 dogs, 5 cats, 7 horses and 2 rats.  She has been married to her husband, Joe for 15 years.



 

                                    Groomers:


Bev:  Bev is one of our groomers that works for us part time. She attended the Dog House School of Grooming in High Ridge.  She has been perfecting her career for 15 years.  She has two adult sons and has been married to her husband Chuck for 10 years.  In her free time she enjoys attending  antique car shows, going to casinos and gardening at her home.  Her real passion is her 2 bulldogs, Izzy and Simon, they are her favorite breed.




Kennel Care Specialists:

Becca, Jennifer and Mandy are our group of great kennel care specialists.  They help take care of the boarding dogs and cats.  They make sure the pets are comfortable and happy while boarding.




Jennifer:Jennifer is a busy employee here at The Circle.  She works in both the kennels and as a receptionist.  She enjoys working with animals.  She has two cats and two dogs.  She also has a wonderful daughter who is her main focus.  She has always taken an interest in learning new things about animals.  She has plans to pursue her career further in the veterinary field.  She loves to wear a smile on her face and to make other people smile!

 

  

 

 

 

Mandy:Amanda Pearl graduated from DeSoto High School in 2009.  She is now attending Jefferson College with hopes of continuing her education at SEMO in the future.  She has six wonderful pets.  She has five dogs and one cat which was a rescue.  The hardest part of her job is not being able to bring all the animals home with her!

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

Becca:  Becca graduated from DeSoto High School in 2009 also.  She now attends Sanford-Brown College pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. She loves her one and only dog, Booker.  His is an Australian Cattle dog, a little crazy at times, but always puts a smile on Becca's face.  She enjoys working at The Circle and enjoys the people and the pets she works with.
